Kerhonkson Project

The existing house is a 1,400 sqft straw bale house. We added the "new house" and attached the two together with the breezeway. We then renovated the existing house. Keeping a consistent theme was important. Every bathroom shares certain design elements while allowing each one to be unique. With the use of geothermal heating/cooling and solar, the entire house is extremely energy efficient as well.
